Your Tasks
- Responsible for the daily maintenance and troubleshooting of ENG injection molding machines and temperature control units to ensure stable operation of equipment
- Debug and optimize the performance of Weimann, ENG, and STAR robotic arms to improve production efficiency
- Conduct debugging and maintenance of FANUC 6-axis robots to ensure their normal operation on the production line
- Use CREO for 3D mechanical structure design and participate in the design and development of new equipment
- Write technical documents and maintenance manuals to ensure that relevant personnel can operate and maintain equipment correctly
Your Profile
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering or related fields
- Over 5 years of experience in the maintenance of injection molding machines and automated equipment
- Knowledge of ENG injection molding machine working principle, know how to commission and repair ENG injection molding machine
- Have experience in debugging and repairing Mighty/ENG/STAR robots, familiar with debugging FANUC 6-axis robots
- Understand the principle of communication between injection molding machine and non-standard equipment, skilled PLC programming
