Your Tasks
- Monitor and control the flow of materials within the supply chain to ensure timely delivery and optimal stock levels.
- Track and analyze workflow metrics, transforming insights into actionable strategies for process improvement.
- Optimize daily analytical processes to enhance supply chain efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Maintain accurate and real-time SAP records for inventory levels, material transactions, and location updates.
- Manage warehouse inventory, including stock reconciliation, database maintenance, and reporting.
- Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and warehouse teams to streamline operations.
- Identify bottlenecks in the supply chain and recommend solutions to improve performance.
- Generate reports on inventory levels, shipment status, and supply chain KPIs for management review.
Your Profile
- Hands-on experience with SAP (especially MM/WM modules) or other ERP systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of Power BI or similar tools is a plus.
- Analytical and data-driven thinking.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills, detail orientation and accuracy.
