Your Tasks

  • Manage & driving with CFT for ECR (Engineering Change Request) management & ensure the goal is implemented as project timeline, CFT for VAVE (Value Added & Value Engineering) management, CFT for New Product Development (new color adaptation, new design, etc).
  • Monthly report activity (VAVE, CI meeting, productivity) and create & manage project budget is tracked eliminate unnecessary action.
  • Work with DD & technical team for potential material saving & to tackle an issue found during validation stage.
  • Providing clear analysis on standard price released & create cost structure.

Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline and minimum 3 years of working experience in the same position.
  • Strong in project management, coordinator, understanding in costing will be additional preferred, good in value analysis and value engineering, engineering change management, capacity maintenance or increase, project transfer, customer assessment and EOL Management.
  • Proficient in English, data analysis ability, using MS office (project, excell, PPT) & SAP.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and good teamwork spirit, problem solving skills, able to handle multi-task and perform well under pressure.
  • Good attitude with adaptability to company culture and seek for continuous improvement.
