Your Tasks
- Support team to coordinate materials availability, production planning for new project, supply forecast management and define action plan based on coming market situation.
- Daily management work to support material available on time for daily production and vendor performance management for stable supply for coming demands, support new vendor audit process and ISI audit process.
- Monitor team inventory level to meet company target, inventory analyze to find improvement action, drive system optimization for better inventory control purpose (Lead time, MOQ, Safety stock…etc). Team ISI sample process to meet production target.
- Coordinate with quality and other concern department and suppliers for supply quality issue to avoid influence to production operation, manage to minimize excess & obsolescence impact due to demand change.
Your Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in human resource management and minimum 3 years’ working experience in the same position.
- Familiar and strong in procurement management and open mind for learning to achieve company success, understand a basic knowledge of incoterm.
- Ability to manage a good business relationship with external vendors and internal cross function teams, perform under high pressure and adapt himself/herself to changing requirements, new cultures.
- Fluent in English, solid skill for Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.), SAP is advantage, good attitude with adaptability to company culture and seek for continuous improvement.
- Good interpersonal communication and influence skills, problem solving skills, ability or logic to assess problems and take the appropriate course of action, able to handle multi-task and perform well under pressure.
