Your Tasks

  • Recruitment and onboarding: Support the entire hiring process, from screening resumes and scheduling interviews to preparing offer letters and conducting new hire orientations.
  • Employee relations: Assist in resolving employee disputes and performance-related issues, acting as a point of contact for employee inquiries
  • Policy and compliance: Help develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures, ensuring they align with company goals and legal requirements.
  • Training and development: Career succession and training programs, such as annual training plans and workshops, to support employee and leadership development.
  • Administrative and project support: Manage HR-related administrative tasks, support HR projects, and handle general inquiries to ensure the smooth operation of the department.

Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or any other related field and 5 or more years’ experience in a management role or the same position.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and strong attention to detail & document management.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills with ability to assist with problem solving.
  • Familiar with Regenerative Technology can be an advantage.
