Your Tasks

  • Electrical support to bring products from design to industrialization and support on LCM projects.
  • Collect feedback on the issues that happened online to the design team with own proposal and feedback lessons learn from production to design team.
  • Understand the product and define the checkpoint on production process and identify the product failure during production and troubleshoot issue, feedback to design team.
  • Collaborate with PIE team to optimize the production process.

Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree or master’s in chemical engineering, polymer science, or related field, with min 3 years’ working in the same position, in electronic design and testing, preferably in the household appliances sector.
  • Strong knowledge of electronic and electrical components and troubleshooting techniques Proficient in using electronic testing equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, and signal generators.
  • Familiarity with industry standards and regulatory requirements for household appliances, microcontroller programming and embedded systems, ERP system, SAP knowledge is highly recommended, computer knowledge for in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Good in English and attitude, with adaptability to company culture, teamwork spirit and influence skills, problem solving skills, seek for continuous improvement, active listening, presentation skill.
