Your Tasks
- Follow up the Global LEAN Manager to implement the LEAN System defined;
- Support the implementation of the LEAN tools and strategies within the different departments of the Plant;
- Conduct training to the departments on the Lean tools and LEAN documents/reports to be used for the LEAN System;
- Collect the reports from the different operation departments and prepare the LEAN monthly reports. Check the results from the teams and evaluate them. Help the teams understand their results and guide them on improvement actions if required;
- Support to implement the LEAN actions and tools in their respective departments;
- Give support to each team on the implementation of the LEAN tools and decide which tool is the most suitable based on their necessities;
- Help and guide the department to seek for opportunities to implement LEAN throughout the different operations and non-operations departments.
Your Profile
- At least 1 year of working experience with LEAN and implement continuous improvements in plant operations;
- Skilled in Office software, such as Excel, PPT, Auto-CAD, Visio, Power-BI;
- Good teamwork spirit;
- Communication and presentation skills.
