Your Tasks

  • Data Analysis to collect and analyze process data to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement using statistical tools and methodologies.
  • Process Optimization to identify, analyze, and implement process improvements across the production lifecycle to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance product quality.
  • Project Management, lead and manage process improvement projects from concept through execution, ensuring timely delivery, cost-effectiveness, and alignment with business goals.
  • Cross-functional collaboration, work closely with cross-functional teams including production, quality, R&D, and maintenance to align process improvements with company objectives.
  • Troubleshooting & problem-solving to provide technical expertise to troubleshoot process issues. Documentation & reporting to maintain detailed records of process changes, improvements, and project status.

Your Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in chemical, mechanical, industrial engineering, or related field, with minimum 3 years of experience in the same position. This position requires a combination if technical expertise, problem solving skills and BOM management.
  • Proficient in process simulation software, statistical analysis tools, and industry-specific tools (e.g., Statistical Process Control (SPC), FMEA, DOE, 8D Problem Solving, DMAIC etc.).
  • Familiar with managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment and strong understanding of process design, control systems, and automation.
  • Ability to perform under high pressure, result oriented and good trouble shooting capability. Fluent in English reading, speaking and written, solid skill for Microsoft office.
  • Good attitude, adaptability to company culture, teamwork spirit and influence skills, problem solving skills, able to handle multi-task and seek continuous improvement, active listening, presentation skills.
