Your Tasks

  • Handle daily SAP hotline tickets including incident logging, prioritization, troubleshooting and resolution within defined SLA and provide L1 support for SAP modules and perform basic SAP configuration adjustments, master data correction, and authorization troubleshooting.
  • Coordinate with global SAP teams or external consultants for advanced L2/L3 issues and prepare root cause analysis (RCA) reports and preventive actions.
  • Deliver SAP user training, documentation, SOPs, and onboarding support. Support SAP change requests (CR), testing (UAT/SIT), and related documentation.
  • Assist in data validation, stock-taking support, and year-end process troubleshooting. Ensure compliance with IT governance, change management, and documentation standards.
  • Need to check or communicate with other departments or cross company departments to resolve problems.

Your Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science or equivalent, with minimum 2 years of experience in the same position.
  • Understanding at least one major SAP module and strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to support and communicate with non-technical end users.
  • Able delivering day-to-day SAP support for end users located in Indonesia, ensuring smooth operations across modules such as MM, SD, PP, FICO, and WM, focuses on incident handling, problem solving, root-cause analysis, minor system configuration, and coordination with global SAP experts.
  • Strong in communication and service-oriented mindset, fluent in English reading, speaking and written and Mandarin is advantage, solid skill for Microsoft office. Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
  • Good attitude, adaptability to company culture, teamwork spirit and influence skills, problem solving skills, able to handle multi-task and seek continuous improvement, active listening, presentation skills.
