Your Tasks
- Organize and distribute work assignments, planning strategic programs and establishing organization goals.
- Facilitate Kaizen events to analyse, optimize to increase productivity and efficiency.
- Evaluate DC Department areas of operational concern and develop resolutions and implementation of solutions.
- Implementing establishes budgets, cost control, company policies, procedures, and initiatives, evaluating and enhancing current operational in DC system.
- Provide weekly report, monthly report and yearly report to GM Operation regards of DC Department.
- Support project and another assignment.
Your Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in science and engineer related and minimum 3 years’ experience in the same field.
- Strong and familiar with die casting manufacturing company or molding operation management package structure design. Have a good knowledge with aluminum high pressure die casting.
- Familiar with technical drawings, SAP to support project, die casting machine and mold/tooling.
- Strong communicate with related department and customer for any matter or improvement.
- Good attitude, with adaptability to company culture, teamwork spirit and influence skills, problem solving skills, able to handle multi-task and perform well and seek for continuous improvement, active listening, presentation skill.
