Your Tasks
- Oversee maintenance, repair, and operation of all factory facilities (buildings, utilities, and infrastructure)
- Ensure continuous and stable supply of utilities (electricity, compressed air, water, etc.)
- Manage preventive and corrective maintenance programs
- Ensure full compliance with EHS regulations, legal requirements, and company standards
- Maintain safety systems (fire protection, emergency systems)
- Support audits (internal and external) and corrective actions
- Drive initiatives in energy efficiency, water usage, and environmental protection
- Support sustainability targets (e.g., clean air, climate protection, water/soil stewardship)
- Lead facility-related projects (layout optimization, renovation, expansion)
- Manage contractors, vendors, and service providers
Your Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Facility / Industrial)
- 8–12 years of experience in facility management in manufacturing environment
- Familiarity with utilities systems (HVAC, electrical, water systems, etc.)
- Good project management and contractor management experience
- Operational excellence mindset
