Your Tasks
- Shape a global communication roadmap and evolve our SharePoint ecosystem into a space that informs, connects, and reflects our culture.
- Design authentic communication campaigns that link strategy, values, and daily work.
- Support our employee engagement surveys and turn engagement data and feedback into visible action and improvement.
- Design end to end learning journeys across written and video formats, with high quality and clear purpose.
- Work closely with subject matter experts to capture and structure knowledge so it travels across functions and geographies.
- Steward learning content over time, ensuring it stays relevant, accessible, and trusted.
- Build and grow a global community network that brings CARE values to life locally.
- Enable and recognize contributors who strengthen culture, learning, and engagement on the ground.
- Contribute flexibly across initiatives — from facilitation and content editing to project coordination and events.
- Help build simple, scalable processes that make collaboration easier for everyone.
Your Profile
- At WIK, how we work matters as much as what we deliver. Our CARE values — Curiosity, Accountability, Reliability, Excellence — are the way you work, not just words you know. You connect easily across cultures and levels, thrive in dynamic environments, and take responsibility for people, culture, and our shared future.
- You bring 5–8 years of experience across internal communications, learning & development, employee engagement, or community building in a truly international environment. You are a strong writer and storyteller, fluent in English (min. level C1, IELT 6.5 and above or TOEFL 95 and above), comfortable with digital platforms such as SharePoint, and experienced in co creating content and programs with diverse stakeholders – ideally with an angle on UX design. Experience bridging Europe and Asia is essential.
- This role is open to candidates based near one of our regional hubs in Essen (Germany), Prilep (North Macedonia), or Shenzhen (China). What matters most is not where you sit, but how confidently you bridge Europe and Asia — culturally, professionally, and personally.
- If you are based in China, you have lived, studied, or worked in Europe and bring a deep understanding of European organizational and cultural contexts.
- If you are based in Europe, you bring meaningful professional exposure to Asia through work, long term projects, or extended stays.
- You are comfortable navigating different communication styles, expectations, and decision making rhythms — and you see cultural differences not as friction, but as a source of learning and better outcomes.
