Your Tasks

  • Responsibility for Approval Testing Laboratory (ATL), Food Safety and Chemical Compliance (FSCC) and QMS in Batam.
  • Carry out the product testing according to international standards, customer requirement and internal requirement and product safety release for engineering sample or modification sample before mass production.
  • Prepare Life Cycle Testing (LCT) protocol and LCT report, study & discuss with clients about lifecycle and Performance Spec, conduct vibration test and drop test, arrange external testing and certification as required.
  • Involved in the early stage of NPI projects and work out good validation test plans for the new products together with D&D department. Conduct internal training for ATL process. Follow up product approvals with outside approval boards, covering electrical safety, EMC & other mandatory restrictions & requirements in the relevant markets.
  • Conduct internal calibration & maintain compliance with ISO 9001 requirement, monitor and set 6S performance standard for related dept. Manage the QMS department, internal and external ISO audits and DOC and external calibration with vendor.
  • Support on the continuous improvements and provide technical advice, arrange audit and meeting to ensure good implementation of QMS.

Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s/master’s in electrical, automation, or mechatronic engineering.
  • Experience min 6 years in safety test, reliability test working for household appliance.
  • Strong and familiar with ISO 9001, 14001, Food Safety (FSCC), internal-external, customer audit and 3rd part audit, supplier audit, ATL test, product certification and calibration monitoring.
  • Good attitude and adaptability, strong project management, problem-solving, teamwork spirit and influence skills seek continuous improvement, active listening, presentation skills, and cross-team communication.
