Your Tasks
- Responsible for the Design and Development of small domestic appliances and other similar products as assigned by the company
- Lead the team of mechanical, electrical and software engineers in China and Europe
- Delivery product solutions with samples and relevant documents as defined in the PDP
- Planning of resources
- Define tasks and allocate resources to achieve projects and department targets
- Driving the communication links with internal and external stakeholders
- Contact window for external customers and escalation level in case of problems
- Define guidelines and lead the team in terms of design requirements, FMEA, validation and PLM
- Responsible for the improvement of the team capabilities by continuous optimization and learning
- Monitor department targets and ensure achievement
Your Profile
- Demonstrated success in leading & managing a development team for consumer products
- Master’s degree in electrical engineering
- 10 plus years in directly managing a team
- Experience in small domestic appliances is a plus
- Knowledge of project and resource management
- Able to manage multiple key projects simultaneously
- Fluent in English, good presentation skills
