Your Tasks

  • Achieve company talent strategy goals, organizational capability and effectiveness, scientific methods, process and tools are deployed to identify talent and competency gaps, improve skill sets, knowledge, competence and organization effectiveness, build up talent pipeline and update policies & programs to support business success.
  • Die casting daily production management, plan, engagement with other departments and organizations.
  • Cost reduction through VAVE (Value Analysis/Value Engineering) activities, financial profitability of department.
  • Improvement of lean maturity level and implement quality is built in the operation.
  • Operation technology benchmarking with market leader, company management meetings, daily 6S, quality control and new projects development with design development.

Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering and minimum 15 years’ working experience in the same position.
  • Strong knowledge in die casting tools, die casting profession and for 6s, and quality control.
  • Fluent in English, solid skill for microsoft office (word, excel, power point, etc.), SAP is advantage, good attitude with adaptability to company culture and seek for continuous improvement.
  • Good interpersonal communication and influence skills, problem solving skills, ability or logic to assess problems and take the appropriate course of action, able to handle multi-task and perform well under pressure.
