Your Tasks

  • Conceptualization, introduction, and support of projects in the context of the (further) development of corporate culture
  • Support of strategic projects in the field of personnel and organizational development
  • Conveying corporate values and leadership guidelines into the organization with appropriate measures and training
  • Accompanying change processes and developing suitable accompanying measures
  • Support and advice for the group's executives and management in the area of overarching and globally effective cultural initiatives, as well as personnel development measures
  • Conducting workshops and training or coordinating external resources
  • Expanding talent management and performance management
  • Introducing high-potential management, including implementation in all areas
  • Special focus on employee surveys and general cultural analyses and the resulting preparation of the results

Your Profile

  • Completed studies in economics or social sciences, cultural studies, or a comparable education
  • Several years of experience in cultural development, personnel development, and conceptual work with a direct view of operational business, feasibility, and measurability
  • Experience working in decentralized organizations, preferably on a global level
  • Very good English and German skills
  • Confident communication in all areas of the company with the ability to keep the long-term goal in mind and translate it into milestones
  • Independent working style with the desire to bring in new ideas independently and implement them in a targeted manner
