Your Tasks
- Study & discuss with Kitchen Appliance& Personal Care clients about lifecycle and Performance Spec./Protocol, and then transfer to WIK Working Instruction/Report in RQM system, arranging corresponding testing accordingly
- Involved in the early stage of NPI projects and work out good validation test plans for the new products together with D&D department, do the validation and performance test for prototypes to confirm the design is ok
- Life Cycle testing Procedure, working instruction, test report format creating and maintaining
- Life Cycle test Resource Plan, facility maintenance, testing Technician &Operator Management/training
- Introduce Classic Reliability testing method into ATL, including Halt/Hass test, MTBF reliability guarantee test, Rapid temperature change, etc., Cooperate DD/PE/QE to validation and make root cause analysis
- Life cycle Testing Lab smart & visible improvement
- Life cycle Testing room 6S maintenance
Your Profile
- Major in Electrical, Automation, or mechatronic engineering etc
- At least 3 years above Safety test, Reliability test working experience for house hold appliance
- Familiar with safety, Reliability test standard/method/ testing equipment, include IEC 60335-1, GB2423, etc
- Goal orientation, good communication, teamwork, and strong willing to learn
