Your Tasks

  • Electrical & Operational Safety : Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), electrical hazard management, machine guarding.
  • Environmental & Chemical Management: hazardous materials, waste streams, emissions & permits.
  • Occupational Health & Ergonomics: assembly line ergonomics and PPE oversight.
  • Training & Auditing: safety culture, audit readiness.
  • Monitor ALL EHS operation’s needs, the new national regulation to implement at factory, RKL-RPL report, regular EHS inspection, duty and traffic accident report and follow up. Pest Control.

Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in occupational health & safety, environmental science, or electrical engineering and minimum 6 years’ working experience in the same position.
  • Deep knowledge of safety standards general industry, familiar with NFPA 70E (Standard for Electrical Safety in the Workplace), experience with EMS (Environmental Management Systems) and reporting software, experience with sustainability
  • Certified with K3, ISO 14001 & 45001 & 14001 Internal Auditor, First Aid, K3 Lingkungan and K3 Electrical.
  • Fluent in English, solid skill for Microsoft office (word, excel, power point, etc.), seek for continuous improvement.
  • Good interpersonal communication and influence skills, problem solving skills, ability or logic to assess problems and take the appropriate course of action, able to handle multi-task and perform well under pressure.
