Your Tasks

  • Develop strong relationships with key account managers and cross-functional teams
  • Build and facilitate customer portfolio management
  • Develop and design plans to achieve customer portfolio objectives
  • Assist in the development and execution of sales strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Consolidate customer strategies and create customer insights to feed corporate strategy
  • Learn strategic account planning and data-driven sales optimization
  • Prepare for transition into a Senior Key Account Manager role through structured growth milestones
  • Support in analysis of sales data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends and improvement areas
  • Develop and improve dashboards, reports, and presentations to support sales decision-making
  • Work on sales process optimization and automation initiatives

Your Profile

  • Master’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, and/or an engineering related discipline.
  • 3-5 years of experience in sales, business development, technical management and/or key account management.
  • Skilled in analyzing and comprehending data as well as solving problems with different perspectives in mind (i.e. internal/external, short-/long-term).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), SAP HANA (nice to have).
  • Hands-on, pro-active mindset with well-organized, self-motivated working style and the ability to work independently under pressure, strong business and customer centric mindset.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages (e.g. German) are a plus.
