Your Tasks
- Demand planning for final assembly products from customers and fix daily final assembly, spare parts, molding and die casting production planning based on demand, production capacity and materials availability.
- Closely work with PMC, molding and die casting departments for the smoothly material supply for final assembly production and improve production order fulfillment through optimized planning, material supply and control process to meet the target.
- Review line stop & backlog orders with relevant departments by meetings and reports to make improvements to achieve OTD target and coordinates with shipping department to ship out the available finished goods to maximize sales turnover and OTD fulfillment.
- Overall inventory activities through effective planning and control process and labor resourcing requirement planning to ensure labor recruitment support from People department, production arrangement and shipment follow up for sample, ER and PR models.
Your Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline and minimum 2 years working experience in the same position.
- Familiar with planner system, fix daily final assembly, spare parts, molding and die casting production planning based on demand, production capacity and materials availability, ERP system, SAP knowledge is highly recommended, effective communication ability and persuasion.
- Fluent in English reading, speaking and written, solid skill for microsoft excel, and strong interpersonal, communication and influence skills, problem solving skills, able to handle multi-task and perform well under pressure.
- Good attitude with adaptability to company culture and seek for continuous improvement.
