Your Tasks

  • Manage and oversees the timely completion of weekly production schedule and forecast
  • Follow up daily production to ensure the planning fulfillment can be met
  • Coordinates production control activities with all other functions of the organization
  • Manage production capacity and coordinates materials availability to meet customer demand needs
  • Coordinates with shipping department to ship out the available finished goods to maximize sales turn over and OTD fulfillment
  • Manage labor resource planning to ensure the labor demand is well communicated with People department & Production department for better labor management and control
  • Keep track production planning evolution and closely communication with CS to reduce the risk of obsolescence due to planning issue
  • Closely follow the E&O which were caused by customer order change with CS to define appropriate action to ensure the excess materials are under control
  • Overall inventory activities through effective planning and control process
  • Drive supply chain improve to meet customer OTD target & factory ITO target

Your Profile

  • Sufficient experience in demand and production planning management
  • Familiar with ERP system, SAP knowledge is highly recommended
  • Excellent team building and management experience
  • Availability of English communication in both spoken and written
  • Strong cooperative spirit in cross functional team environment
  • High integrity and have strong sense of responsibility
  • Rich experience in team management
