Your Tasks

  • Production trouble shooting leadership for personal care appliance
  • Plan and allocate resources to carry out production following PMC production plan schedules
  • Through production processes monitoring and controlling, solve production issues to ensure production tasks are fulfilled
  • Through production on-site management to ensure production runs smoothly and workshop is in good 6S status
  • Focus on KPI targets and P&L results and implement continuous improvement to ensure KPI targets are achieved
  • Through team building and performance appraisal management to drive team to achieve good performance
  • Make department budget plan and control within target
  • Work closely with engineering, quality and PM team to support NPI project and life cycle management project execution
  • Company layout optimization, consolidation and project execution coordination and management
  • Following ISO/EHS procedure documents to ensure department activities are in accordance with the requirements and standards

Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree, major in management or science and engineering, 6-10 years job experience
  • 5+ years production management position experience, small appliance technical background is preferred
  • Ability to manage and maintain a good production process to meet business and shipment demand
  • Ability to assess problems and take the appropriate course of action with cross-department co-operation
  • Experience in working on international teams and understanding different foreign cultures
