Your Tasks

  • Manage and supervise all activities of FS & Audit team
  • Prepare and maintain HACCP for all company processes, food safety procedures
  • Maintain company GHP and GMP
  • Control all food contact material parts produced, updates of food regulations, when new destination countries are included, CoC FCM Material & Part
  • Coordinate with external laboratory for parts testing
  • Gap analysis between current production status and customer requirements / ISO 22000
  • Conduct internal, external and suppliers’ food safety audits, internal food safety trainings and finding, to ensure good implementation of Food Safety

Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in science and engineer related and above 2 years working experience in similar position
  • Good knowledge on MSA/GR&R, 8D report, QC 7 tools, PPAP & APQP, ISI, Cpk and Cp, PFMEA and control plan, internal audit ISO 9001 & 14001 and supplier process audit
  • Able to create inspection plan, demonstrate validation new Part and new tools
  • Strong with communicate with supplier and customer for any matter or improvement, new supplier selection, validation, and monitoring supplier performance
  • Good attitude, with adaptability to company culture, teamwork spirit and influence skills, problem solving skills, able to handle multi-task and perform well under pressure and seek for continuous improvement, active listening, presentation skill
