Your Tasks

  • Strong with Product Testing for Safety Approval: CB International/CE Europe/EMC, Lab involvement (Derka, Intertech, TUV), Country (various market) Regulation restriction experience, safety & EMC declaration of conformity.
  • Product Safety release for Engineering sample or modification sample before mass production.
  • Follow up product approvals with outside approval boards, covering electrical safety, EMC and other mandatory restrictions and requirements in the relevant markets.
  • Prepare LCT protocol and LCT report. Conduct vibration test and drop test. Arrange external testing and certification as required.
  • Conduct internal calibration and maintain compliance with ISO 9001 requirement, internal training for ATL process.
  • Coordinate external calibration with vendor & update the report to RQM. Arrange manpower for do Life Cycle Test, handle internal or external audit.

Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in science and engineer related and minimum 3 years’ experience in the same positions.
  • Strong experience with ATL Management (drop, esta6, B3, A2, customer specials), vibration, dishwasher test.
  • Strong with Life cycle testing, Calibration, QMS Management (ISO 9001, 14001 and SMETA, UL, ETL, CCC, KTL, GS, IQC.
  • Strong with communication with supplier and customer for any matter or improvement, objectivity and critical thinking.
  • Good attitude, with adaptability to company culture, teamwork spirit and influence skills, problem solving skills, able to handle multi-task and perform well under pressure and seek for continuous improvement, active listening, presentation skill.
