Your Tasks

  • Develop and execute APQP plan for new projects that support the efforts of all sections of the quality department
  • Understand the scope of the project and ensure that the quality team is well informed of the project objectives
  • Understand the customer needs and translate those into a plan that supports the company’s product development process along with the customer’s needs
  • Plan, coordinate, analyze and report product development validation testing
  • Communicate the project status and technical findings to senior management
  • Responsibility for delivering a plan to ensure products meet company and customer quality objectives
  • Manage overall quality planning of program, detailing target metrics for a program, identifying potential failure modes, and coordinating the creation of testing protocols and testing timeline to deliver on these objectives
  • Coordinate and ensure the execution of corrective action and preventive actions (CAPA)
  • Maintain and publish periodic reports to management summarizing test results, analysis findings, and other quality related topics

Your Profile

  • Strong Quality mindset, and logical analysis skill
  • Familiar with quality tools such as SPC, 6sigma, MSA, GR&R,8D, PPAP, APQP, FMEA, IEC60335 standard
  • Quality experience, advantage if in home appliance or kitchen appliance manufacturing factory
  • Chemical regulations: RoHS, REACH, Pops, California Proposition 65 etc; Food safety regulation
