Your Tasks

  • Develop, implement, and maintain the laboratory’s quality management system (QMS), including drafting and revising the water laboratory quality manuals, procedure documents, and technical records
  • Monitor and ensure the effective operation of the QMS, conducting regular reviews and updates to align with changing regulations and standards
  • Organize and lead internal audits and management reviews to assess compliance with quality standards
  • Coordinate external audits by regulatory bodies (e.g., CNAS, CMA), including preparation, onsite coordination, and post-audit corrective actions
  • Handle non-conformity control and track corrective actions to ensure issues are resolved promptly
  • Oversee the validation and verification of testing methods, including new method development and equipment calibration
  • Review and approve test reports to ensure data accuracy and compliance with standards
  • Manage measurement uncertainty evaluations and quality control plans, such as inter-laboratory comparisons and proficiency testing
  • Develop and implement training programs for laboratory personnel on quality protocols, technical skills, and safety procedures
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement

Your Profile

  • Proficiency in operating and maintaining laboratory instruments (e.g., HPLC, spectrometers)
  • Strong knowledge of water quality testing parameters) and relevant industry standards (e.g., GB, ISO)
  • Familiarity with statistical analysis and data management software
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities
  • Analytical problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with CNAS/CMA accreditation processes is highly preferred
  • Certifications: Priority given to candidates with internal auditor certifications, authorized signatory status, or professional titles (e.g. intermediate technical title)
