Your Tasks
- Schedule the supply of materials to meet production requirement and minimum safety stock levels.
- Check supplier capacity, buffer stock and analyze any supply issue.
- Plan, develop implement and evaluate process for material delivery from supplier to point of fit.
- Raise PO according to lead time updated by purchasing department.
- Follow up with respective supplier for any advance or postpone delivery schedule.
- Provide latest weekly forecast to supplier and follow ups for supply issues.
- Organize shipments in conjunction with appointed consolidator for overseas shipments.
- Settle the return of defective material to all suppliers.
- Resolve supplier concerns and evaluate supplier performance in conjunction with members of the purchasing team.
- Daily check shortages component report.
Your Profile
- Experience with material planning & scheduling, knowledge of order management.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Must be able to build positive working relationships, contribute to team success, have a customer focus, excellent interpersonal skills, good oral and written communication skills, and must be highly motivated.
- Proficient in Business English.
