Your Tasks

  • Support KAM /sales for RFQ and NPI financial calculation by gates , new project budget recovery controlling analysis for OEM/ODM customers , support KAM for daily/monthly sales controlling analysis
  • Sourcing controlling tasks for life cycle product in group level : sets the financial and controlling targets for sourcing yearly negotiation/ PPV, VAVE ,high runner C-BOM target in group level /plant level, as well as monthly tracking
  • Support in house parts quotation process standardization for RFQ/NPI in group level : support C-BOM template standardization and Cost breakdown master file standardization for in house parts from controlling perspective, verify the C-BOM cost during RFQ/NPI from controlling perspective
  • Target costing tracking for life cycle product , make sure the target margin for high runner product by cross function efforts and measures
  • other controlling tasks assigned by supervisor

Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree above , Major in Finance, Auditing, business Economics or equivalent
  • At least 5 years work experience in costing /controlling area with SAP experience in a multinational company , preferably in manufacturing industry
  • 3+ years experience of team leadership in finance /commercial environment
  • A self-starter who can work independently without direct supervision
  • Energy and passion with an eye towards continuous improvement in self and business processes
  • Strong analytical skills , problem solving and strategic thinking
  • Good command of verbal and written English
  • Experience in working on international teams and understanding for different foreign cultures (Asia, several European cultures)
