Your Tasks

  • Production Management: Develop and execute die casting production plans to ensure on-time completion of production tasks and achieve output and efficiency targets
  • Process & Technology: Supervise and optimize die casting process parameters (e.g., pressure, temperature, speed), troubleshoot technical issues during production, and improve product quality and yield rate
  • Quality Control: Strictly enforce quality inspection standards, monitor product defects, lead the analysis and disposition of non-conforming products, and drive continuous improvement initiatives
  • Team Management: Manage the daily activities of the die casting team (including operators, technicians, etc.), including work scheduling, training, performance appraisal, and team building
  • Safety & EHS: Implement company EHS (Environment, Health, Safety) policies, identify and control potential safety hazards, and ensure a zero-accident work environment within the department
  • Cost Control: Monitor and analyze departmental production costs (e.g., raw materials, molds, energy consumption, consumables), propose and implement cost-saving and efficiency improvement measures
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments (e.g., Mold, Engineering, Quality, Planning, Purchasing) to resolve die casting-related issues and ensure a smooth production flow
  • Familiar with both automated and semi-automated production processes for die-cast parts, and proficient in routine maintenance

Your Profile

  • College degree or above in Mold, Mechanical Manufacturing, Material Forming and Control Engineering (Casting specialty) or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the die casting industry, with at least 3 years in a die casting workshop management or supervisory role. Experience with large die casting machines (e.g., 800T+) is highly preferred.
  • Proficient in die casting processes (especially for Aluminum/Magnesium/Zinc alloys), familiar with mold structure, usage, and maintenance. Knowledge of ISO9001/IATF16949 quality management systems
