Your Tasks

  • Design and maintain the communication systems for injection molding machines and custom equipment to ensure data transmission stability and reliability
  • Perform PLC programming and debugging, designing automation control systems to achieve automated production processes
  • Program and apply CCD vision systems to ensure the normal operation of visual inspection functions on the production line
  • Write and maintain programs for FANUC 6-axis robots, optimizing their application in the production process
  • Participate in the design of automation control systems, including hardware selection, system integration, and debugging work
  • Responsible for project planning, execution, and monitoring, ensuring timely delivery of project outcomes

Your Profile

  • Knowledge of ENG injection molding machine working principle, know how to commission and repair ENG injection molding machine
  • Have experience in debugging and repairing Mighty/ENG/STAR robots, familiar with debugging FANUC 6-axis robots
  • Understand the principle of communication between injection molding machine and non-standard equipment, skilled PLC programming
  • Familiar with common PLC brands (such as Mitsubishi, Siemens, Omron, etc.) and programming languages (such as Ladder, Structured Text, etc.)
  • Experience in designing and maintaining automation control systems, including integration of sensors, actuators, and controllers
  • Proficient in industrial communication protocols (such as Modbus, Profibus, Ethernet/IP, etc.)
