Your Tasks

  • Data Analysis to collect and analyze process data to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement using statistical tools and methodologies.
  • Process Optimization to identify, analyze, and implement process improvements across the production lifecycle to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance product quality.
  • Project Management to lead and manage process improvement projects from concept through execution, ensuring timely delivery, cost-effectiveness, and alignment with business goals.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration to work closely with cross-functional teams including production, quality, R&D, and maintenance to align process improvements with company objectives.
  • Troubleshooting, problem-solving, documentation & reporting.

Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in chemical, mechanical and production engineering, or related field, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the same position.
  • Experience with technical skills with proficient in process simulation software, statistical analysis tools, and industry-specific tools (e.g., Statistical Process Control (SPC), FMEA, DOE, 8D problem solving, DMAIC, 5Why etc.).
  • Strong project management skills, root cause analysis, failure analysis and ability to perform under high pressure, result oriented and good trouble shooting capability.
  • Fluent in English reading, speaking and written, solid skill for Microsoft excel. Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards (e.g., ISO, FDA, etc.).
  • Good attitude with adaptability to company culture, teamwork spirit, influence skills, problem solving skills, able to handle multi-task, perform well under pressure and seek for continuous improvement, active listening, and presentation skill.
