Your Tasks

  • Daily or regularly communicate with customer, WIK D&D, Project team or Sourcing team about the food safety and chemical compliance issue in each project. Investigate, collecting and review documents issued by suppliers and WIK to complete respond to customer’s request
  • Update WIK Quality documents, such as material DoC template on FCM regulations, Restricted substances DoC, environmental DoC, conflict mineral DoC, Package DoC, etc. And request Sourcing and SQE send to all WIK suppliers to sign back for supplier-related documents
  • Meeting and training sessions with customers on upload documents and database to PLM and other network platform as per customer requirements
  • Handle and offer professional technical support on customer complaints issue, involve in and take corrective actions in customer audit findings
  • Follow up Food safety and chemical tests at third-party lab, and make sure the all deliverable could be submitted on time
  • Monitoring the latest food safety and chemical compliance regulations make clear roadmap for inside WIK Group to ensure continuous compliance
  • Responsible external supplier food safety audit, to help suppliers to improve and make sure the out-sourced FCM parts are produced under WIK food safety requirement

Your Profile

  • Proficient in global food contact material regulations, such as EU, Germany, France, Italy, Swiss, Denmark, Netherland, Finland, US, Mercosur, Japan, China, Taiwan, South Korea, etc. Capable to ingredient/substance review to evaluate if material & additives are permitted to use in positive list of different FCM regulations globally
  • Proficient in global chemical restricted substances regulations in consumer products, such as REACH SVHC, REACH Annex XVII, REACH Annex XIV, CLP, POPs, CA P65, RoHS, WEEE, CPSC, CE, GS, Canada, etc
  • Rich knowledge and experience in chemical, microbiology, and water quality analytical method, standard and technology
  • 5+ years international third party laboratory testing, technical consultant and regulation research experience
