Your Tasks

  • Regularly communicating with customers, external certification body and WIK team about the drinking water certifications, including DM 174, European Drinking Water compliance or other certifications like NSF, WRAS etc
  • Update and maintain the compliance declarations from suppliers and arrange tests, ensure the output can be delivered on time
  • Meeting and training sessions with customers on uploading documents and our own database
  • Handle and offer professional technical support on customer complaints issue, involve in and take corrective actions in customer audit findings
  • Follow up Food safety and chemical tests at third-party lab, and make sure the all deliverable could be submitted on time
  • Monitoring the latest food safety and chemical compliance regulations make clear roadmap for inside WIK Group to ensure continuous compliance
  • Responsible external supplier food safety audit, to help suppliers to improve and make sure the out-sourced FCM parts are produced under WIK food safety requirement

Your Profile

  • Create and Update DoC template to suppliers on FCM regulation compliance in target markets to match with the latest requirements
  • Create and Update DoC to suppliers on Restricted substances and Environment for global regulations compliance
  • Compile or Review quality procedure, WI, QF or other quality documents
  • Proficient in global food contact material regulations or drinking water regulation, such as EU 1935/2004, LFGB, US FDA, China, etc
  • Rich knowledge and experience in chemical, or microbiology, and water quality analytical method, standard and technology. GB 5749 and GB 5750 for example
  • 3+ years international third-party laboratory testing, technical consultant and regulation research experience
  • Project management with top brands will be an advantage
