Your Tasks
- Design new process related concept like ideal factory line layout, workstations, flow chart, Work instruction, PFMEA etc
- Maintain reliable and safe manufacturing systems while improving production
- Improve process capability and production volume
- Provide the Factory with the systematic examination and improvement proposals
- Conduct and coordinate Process Validations including protocol development and execution
- Lead LCM projects improvements, ensure standard time accuracy
- Manage and coordinate the proper implementation of process changes through PCR
- Prepare documents of Work Instruction, Flow Chart, PFMEA, PFC, including rework process and rework WI
- Set up product standard time (including CT and manpower)
Your Profile
- System knowledge of IE tools or lean tools
- Working Knowledge of Auto CAD, basic knowledge of 3D software like Creo
- Functional knowledge of FEMA, Work instruction and flow chart
- Understanding of Home Appliance/electronics device manufacturing process
- Good communication and influence skills, problem solving skills, able to handle multi-task and perform well under pressure
