Your Tasks

  • Lead, steer and ensure customer services teams in Shenzhen and Hong Kong to deliver consistent professional quality services to global customers
  • Maintain close contact with customers, to capture and understand latest movements of demand forecast and steer mitigating actions with internal stakeholders
  • Strong business sense, hands on, attention to details and understanding of the ‘big picture0, to pursue optimal state of interests between customer and company
  • Work with internal stakeholders from cross functions to drive operational excellence and continue improvement in process and procedure
  • People management of the team

Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree with 10 years or above working experience in order processing, supply chain and customer services for international small appliances manufacturing company
  • Good communication and presentation skills, fluent in written and spoken English and Mandarin
  • SAP and computer literate
  • Provide proactive guidance and solutions to CS & Sales team in times of need
  • Strong in analyzing and providing practical solutions, result oriented
  • Forward looking with lean management mindset
  • Frequently travel between Shenzhen plant and HK office
