Your Tasks

  • Tooling management and responsibilities for design and development, ensuring they meet quality standards and production needs.
  • Tooling operations, including maintenance, repair, procurement, and implementation of new and existing tooling an maintain customer specifications as well as cost efficiency.
  • Leads of tooling engineers and toolmakers and collaborate with engineering, production, and quality teams to identify tooling requirements and optimize performance and meet quality standards and safety regulations.
  • Carry out the product testing according to international standards, customer requirement, internal requirement and product safety release for engineering sample or modification sample before mass production.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
  • Coordinate the entire process of creating and managing tools in manufacturing from inception to delivery.

Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s or Diploma in Tool and Die industries and mechanical engineering and experience more than 5 years in the same position of tool making and mold design experiences.
  • Strong in mechanical manufacturing process, proficiency in CAD/CAM software for tool design and analysis and in injection molding industries.
  • Strong in leadership, project management, team orientation and fluent in English reading, speaking and written, solid skill for Microsoft Excel.
  • Good attitude and adaptability, strong in problem-solving, teamwork spirit and influence skills seek continuous improvement, active listening, presentation skills, and cross-team communication.
