Your Tasks
- Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in mechanical engineering or related fields
- More than 5 years of relevant working experience in the electronic and electrical manufacturing industry
- Be familiar with the BOM structure of the product and any kind of ERP system (such as SAP)
- 2-4 years of practical working experience in product failure (FA) analysis and improvement
- Understand and be familiar with the engineering change process
- Understand and be familiar with the Auto-equipment and IE knowledge
- Fluent in English reading and writing, and capable of simple oral communication

- Possesses strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a demonstrated capacity to assess complex issues and develop effective solutions
