Your Tasks

  • Establish and continuously further develop processes that serve the monitoring of suppliers regarding sustainability in close consultation with the global sustainability team regarding various ESG standards
  • Drive standardized sustainable approaches to the entire supplier’s lifecycle, from identification through end-of-life
  • Identify and communicate areas for supplier sustainability efforts and contribute to the recommendation of strategies for proactively addressing relevant sustainability issues relating to decarbonization and net-zero targets
  • Build programs and tools to implement the supplier sustainability maturity model in collaboration with the global sustainability team
  • Research and evaluate global evolving sustainability trends and legislation and stay informed regarding emerging sustainability issues and best practices. Identify opportunities for collaboration and develop risk mitigation recommendations in the supply chain
  • Monitor supplier sustainability performance to ensure traceability and transparency. Develop data validation framework and conduct site audit to ensure data accuracy and conformance
  • Lead end to end procurement innovation and programs: from identifying the key business challenges, designing the right mechanism of change, and delivering the desired strategic outputs and business objectives
  • Establish supplier innovation environment for new strategic business fields and disruptive technologies including production, logistic and other functions
  • Generate Cost –effective and sustainability-oriented advantages out of Supplier Enabled Innovation
  • Evaluate supplier innovation performance against pre-defined

Your Profile

  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to comfortably and confidently present and influence all levels within the organization and to work with both technical and non-technical teams
  • Results oriented person with a strong delivery focus who can work independently and collaboratively with global teams and multiple stakeholders
  • Ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects requiring frequent communication, organization, time management and problem-solving, critical thinking and analytical skills
  • Understanding complex processes, familiar with leading sustainability frameworks and standards for example, GRI, SASB, TCFD, CDP, GHG Protocol, SBTi, SA 8000, and ISO 14001
  • Passionate self-starter with the highest integrity and ethics
  • Technical affinity and ability to travel
