Your Tasks

  • Book with customers' or WIK forwarders' for customers' shipments 4-5weeks in advance
  • Work closely with forwarders and CS team to keep tracking or pushing for shipping orders' availability
  • Submit SI, VGM, as forwarders or carriers' requested portal
  • Confirm and make sure BL and freight information are correct, confirm freight statement for payment process.
  • Make full set of customers' requested doc and submit as shipping instructions
  • Plan loading schedule with trucking companies and warehouse
  • Work with cross team (PPC, CS, Customs) to make sure on time delivery
  • Deviation handling related to vessels delay, EIR, container shortages, gate-in issues, late truck, loading coordination....
  • Kinds of shipping records, outbound & inbound declaration on tradelink
  • Weekly samples handling on doc and physical labelling

Your Profile

  • Over 2 years experiences work at factory or trading company as shipping clerk, specialist or officers
  • Be familiar with whole process of air/sea/express operation from booking, SI, VGM, BL and full set of doc to customers
  • Reading and writing in EN will be preferred
  • Good communication skills, strong sense of responsibility and good teamwork spirit.
  • Skilled in Office software, such as Excel, Word, careful on data handling
  • Skill on SAP is better but not must. People of down-to-worth on work.
