Your Tasks
- Recruitment and placement, employment agreement, on-boarding-off-boarding and all related with training (TNA, training plan, job desc and new hire induction) and etc.
- General affairs related to maintaining the condition of the company's assets and general facilities, office supplies, furniture, cleaning services, security services and etc.
- All related with payroll and attendance.
- All EHS operation's needs, RT (Responsible for Compliance) and Ad Hoc.
Your Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in management, law and more than 3 years of working experience in the same position.
- Strong with recruitment process, training, general affairs, payroll and all EHS operations.
- Good in English, communication, solve problem, stand alone, teamwork, integrity & trust.
- Strong sense of responsibility able to handle multi-task and perform well under pressure.
- Good attitude with adaptability to company culture and seek for continuous improvement.
