Your Tasks
- Recruitment and Placement and employment agreement
- Training program, competency matrix, talent acquisition
- Develop and implement an effective learning strategy and personal development
- PD Policies and Procedures
- Audit: related to recruitment and training program
- Participate in ad-hoc projects
Your Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- At least possess 3 years of working experience in People Development
- Train the Trainer Training Certified, HR Supervisor National Certified
- Strategic thinking, Problem analysis, and innovative
- Strong communication, teamwork spirit and influence skills
- Able to handle multi-task and perform well under pressure
- Experienced in creating TNA, delivering soft skill and hard skill training, perform training reports
