Your Tasks
- To coordinate internally and externally to ensure the smooth application of automation in Shenzhen site.
- To lead and supervise new production equipment creation: jigs, fixtures, testing equipment, poka-yoke, etc. and their validation.
- Responsible for the creation of automation processes, including development and implementation.
- Develops mechanical and electromechanical products by studying customer requirements; researching and testing manufacturing and assembly methods and materials; soliciting observations from operators.
- Assures system and product quality by designing testing methods; testing finished product and system capabilities; confirming fabrication, assembly, and installation processes.
- Line process layout review and facility design evaluation.
- Set priority, facility design concept creation; supplier follow; manufacturing and schedule tracing.
- Good English communication skills
Your Profile
- Good communication and influence skills, problem solving skills, able to handle multitask and perform well under pressure
- System knowledge of lean tools or conceptual design
- Strong project management skill
- Create (PLC LabVIEW 8.5 Programmable Logic Control program
- Understanding of Home Appliance/electronics device manufacturing process
