Your Tasks

  • Drive Global Supply Chain Strategy & Network Synchronization
  • Lead Mid-to-Long Term Demand & Capacity Planning (RCCP)
  • Oversee Supply Chain Risk Management & Mitigation
  • Standardize & Optimize End-to-End Supply Chain Processes
  • Lead Digital Supply Chain Transformation
  • Collaborate & Orchestrate Cross-Functional / Cross-Site Execution
  • Lead basic data and biz data governance, data mining program
  • Support site recovery through crisis or unplanned interruption
  • Support major customer project, simulations from global

Your Profile

  • 10+ years of PC + MC hands on and oversee experience
  • Strong familiarity with SAP, MES, RR (what if platform) and know the basic of the digitalization tools (PQ, PBI, Power automates, Python, JS, SQL, VBA)
  • Excellent spoken and written English is essential
  • Proven ability to perform under high pressure, adapt to changing requirements, and work effectively across diverse cultures
  • Able to utilize AI tools to work efficiency
