Since joining the company in September 2021 as a member of the sourcing department, I have been continually impressed by the remarkable warmth and friendliness exhibited by everyone. I have been an employee at WIK for more than 28 years. I joined WIK as Personnel Officer and now currently as Senior Board of Directors' Assistant / People Department Manager. I grew up with the Company together and see its development from only one manufactory in Shenzhen to expand existing two more factories site at Batam and Prilep. In recently years, the Company also more care of the Corporate Social Responsibility especially on the sustainability development not only for our products production. Our colleagues are also encouraged to join our global green projects e.g.: ocean day, tree planting and ecological conservation – Dolphin watching tour etc. It’s makes work more meaningful for our teammates. We will keep on going our journey as it has full of professional and personal growth, opportunities and learning!

I am a supervisor in production who works at WIK since 1988 in China. I grew up with the company and see its great changes and huge progress following the development of the times. I believe that past 35 years is just a start, I will keep working hard and making more and more contribution to WIK!

I am enjoying my work in WIK innovation team, which brings ‘new and different’ from ideas to real life! I am lucky. I love my job! Sometimes it is incredibly challenging and can be stressful, but I never regretted joining WIK Family. I often reflect on how lucky we are in having a great deal of workplace choices here at WIK, and that is not the case everywhere else, especially for women. Starting 4 years ago from the beginning gave me advantage to know more, want to learn more and grow together with WIK. My success is our success! We are all professional at our workplace, but we are also friends outside work, and that closeness gave us advantages to operate as one family. I always say to people ’do what you love, listen to your heart and intuition, work hard and know that by doing so, success will follow. Looking at these staff cards, they are flashbacks of the evolution of WIK since I joined 12 years ago. Global footprint expansion, process enhancement and standardization with local characteristics, sustainability/cradle to cradle strategy focused, best practice sharing mechanism, all these key milestones reflected WIK's enthusiasm to seek excellence and strengthen our position in modern manufacturing world. Change is eternity, but one thing that won't change is the importance of people – who steered and participated in the changes. I am Dan Su from Supply Chain Management, working in WIK since 2008 in Shenzhen. During the past 15 years, with the care and accompany of WIK, I became a mature and responsible person from a beginner who just entered society. WIK is like my home in where I build a warm family. I have working in WIK for 3+ years, and it’s been an exciting journey of my career. From Assistant of GM, to PMO Manager and now as NPI PM in Beverage, I been facing a lot of challenges in improving my self knowledge, adapting, taking and make sure myself can contribute to the company as different roles and responsibilities. Meanwhile, I continue to study management during the weekend in the past 3 years, graduated from MBA in 2022. I’ve always been grateful that WIK has provided a fertile ground for self development and an environment for encouraging staffs to grow.
