Your Tasks
- Co-create and continuously evolve WIK's Social Sustainability roadmap, governance framework and long-term objectives
- Establish KPIs, policies and processes that support both strategic decision-making and external reporting requirements
- Lead initiatives across labor and human rights, community engagement and social responsibility
- Own and coordinate Social ESG reporting activities (ESRS, GRI, EcoVadis) in collaboration with the Sustainability team
- Translate reporting outcomes, audits and emerging requirements into practical improvement initiatives (e.g. policies, processes, controls and documentation) across the organization
- Monitor developments in legislation, reporting requirements and industry best practices, ensuring WIK remains prepared for future expectations
- Support the design and implementation of global Organizational Development initiatives related to career management, learning, leadership, employee experience and culture
- Partner with local People Departments and business leaders to strengthen working conditions, employee well-being, engagement and development practices
- Lead cross-functional projects that connect sustainability objectives with people development and organizational effectiveness
- Facilitate successful change by building stakeholder alignment, clear communication, adoption and accountability
Your Profile
- Labor and Human Rights topics including employee health and safety, working conditions, social dialogue, career development and training, diversity, equity and inclusion, and stakeholder engagement
- International Social Sustainability frameworks such as the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights (UNGPs), OECD Due Diligence Guidance, ILO Core Labour Standards and Modern Slavery requirements
- ESG reporting and Social Sustainability standards, including experience with frameworks such as GRI, ESRS, EcoVadis or comparable reporting methodologies
- Translating sustainability requirements into practical policies, processes, documentation, communication and training programs
- Developing sustainability KPIs, governance frameworks and performance measurement systems
- Managing cross-functional reporting and continuous improvement initiatives within complex organizations
- Experience within a global manufacturing environment
- Experience supporting customer, supplier or certification audits
