Your Tasks

  • Define project strategy with senior leadership and establish robust project governance and team structure
  • Lead end-to-end execution of complex projects, ensuring delivery of scope, timeline, cost, and quality targets
  • Own and monitor project KPIs; ensure accurate forecasting, reporting, and corrective actions when required
  • Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies for internal and external stakeholders
  • Drive cross-functional alignment across global teams; proactively identify risks and lead mitigation strategies
  • Act as primary escalation point for major project issues; lead resolution and decision-making processes
  • Lead customer engagement at senior level, ensuring satisfaction and long-term relationship development
  • Oversee RFQ processes, ensuring competitiveness, profitability, and technical feasibility
  • Mentor junior project managers and contribute to capability development within GPM organization
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives in project management processes, tools, and best practices

  • Advanced project management knowledge (e.g., risk management, stakeholder management, budgeting)
