Your Tasks

  • Manage and supervise all activities of SPC team at Molding. Provide disposition and direction related to quality issues found by SPC. Define, review, and update test plan in QM to be performed by SPC.
  • Perform internal training for new part/product standards to inspector (SPC & Leaders). Monitor quality performance at respective processes and work with related departments to achieve quality targets.
  • Conduct process audit internal & support preparation for external audit and follow up on internal & external audit complaints.
  • Support on the continuous improvements and provide technical advice or proposal/methods to the management regarding productivity/efficiency, innovation, cost savings, quality of products and other defined performance indicators.
  • Taking part in the 8D report- team for customer complaint to ensure follow up implementation of CA and provide proactive and constructive feedback to system and product problems with the aim of corrective actions and evaluation reports for prevention and correction.

Your Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical and electrical, with minimum 3 years of experience in the same position.
  • Support on the continuous improvements and provide technical advice or proposal/methods to the management regarding productivity/efficiency, innovation, cost savings, quality of products and other defined performance indicators.
  • Provide analysis report and monitoring for quality issues. Perform internal trainings new part/product standard to inspector (SPC & Leader). Managing SPC Molding/Die Casting.
  • Familiar in ISO 9001 and 14001, knowledge of lean management and six sigma, basic SEA, problem solving, internal audit and able to read drawing.
  • Fluent in English reading, speaking and written, solid skill for Microsoft excel, good knowledge of office suite.
  • Good attitude, adaptability to company culture, teamwork spirit and influence skills, problem solving skills, able to multi-task and perform well under pressure and seek continuous improvement, active listening, presentation skill.
