Your Tasks
- AR invoicing and reconciliation
- AR collection follow up and system clearing of AR open items
- AP reconciliation and payment processing, invoice verification
- Bank reconciliation and bank item clearing
- Month end closing support, finance process optimization, customer & supplier master data management
- Support internal & external audit related financial documentation preparation
Your Profile
- Fresh graduates or with up to 1 year relevant finance / accounting working experience
- Solid basic knowledge of accounting standards; proficient in end to end AR & AP accounting processes
- Ability to work under high pressure, adapt to changing business requirements and cross cultural working environment
- Skilled in Office software, especially advanced Excel, Word, PPT
- Basic understanding of SAP / FI module is preferred
