Your Tasks

  • Maintenance and Troubleshooting, to perform routine maintenance and repair activities on equipment/tester/jigs/tools to minimize downtime. Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and/or software issues and provide solutions.
  • Equipment Optimization, to analyze equipment performance data and implement strategies to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Project Management, to lead and manage improvement projects from concept through execution, ensuring timely delivery, cost-effectiveness, and alignment with business goals.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration, to work closely with cross-functional teams including production, quality, and industrial engineers to ensure equipment meets the needs of the facility.
  • Continuous Improvement, to propose and implement system improvements and compliance, to ensure equipment complies with safety, regulatory and environmental standards. Support safety audits and address any compliance issues.
  • Documentation & Reporting, to maintain detailed records of equipment changes, improvements, and project status. Prepare reports and presentations for management and stakeholders.

Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, robotics and engineer related, with min 3 years’ working in the same position, in manufacturing.
  • Technical skills: experience with automation systems, PLC, CAD, C++, Python, C# software or equipment design tools.
  • Strong understanding process design, control systems, and automation, familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards (e.g., ISO, FDA, etc.).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment and continuous learning mindset, with a passion for staying updated on new technologies and methodologies.
  • Good in English and attitude, with adaptability to company culture, teamwork spirit and influence skills, problem solving skills, seek for continuous improvement, active listening, presentation skill.
