Your Tasks

  • Support on the release of parts and reports.
  • Support on the analysis of existing test plans and their optimization.
  • Support on creation of test plans.
  • Define jigs and fixtures to improve measurement of parts and reduce inspection and to optimize the use of QA equipment.
  • Provide proactive and constructive feedback to system and product problems with the aim of corrective actions and evaluation reports for prevention and correction.
  • Support on the continuous improvements and provide technical advice or proposal/methods to the management regarding productivity/efficiency, innovation, cost savings, quality of products and other defined performance indicators.
  • Support on the process audits in-house or at supplier site for relocated parts.
  • Support analysis of rejects, feedback the issue & follow up 8D report from supplier until closure.
  • Conduct training related to new test plan & measurement method.
  • Follow up on internal & external audit complaints.

Your Profile

  • At least 2 years experience in the field (advantage if in home appliance or kitchen appliance manufacturing).
  • Bachelor's degree - Technical education.
  • Fluent in English reading, speaking and written, Solid skill for Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Analysis/Critical thinking/Problem-solving skills.
  • Familiar with quality tools such as SPC, 6sigma, MSA, GR&R, 8D, PPAP, APQP, FMEA, IEC60335 standard.
