Your Tasks

  • Manage and supervise all activities of IPQC team at Final Assembly and provide disposition and direction related to quality issues found by IPQC and taking part on 8D team for customer complaint to ensure follow up implementation of CA.
  • Monitor quality performance at Final Assembly and work with related departments to achieve quality target.
  • Create, review, and update test plan in RQM to be performed by SPC, perform internal training for new part or product standard to inspector (IPQC & Leaders).
  • Responsible for key process release & process or product evaluation based on systematic approach such as MSA, process capability study for internal & external customers.
  • Keep the system of ISO 14001 & ISO 9001 consistent with the updated company operation, plus the consistency with the most updated international standard.
  • Follow up on internal & external audit complaints and support implementation of 6S within QA department.

Your Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical and electrical, with minimum 3 years of experience in the same position.
  • Familiar with ISO 14001 & ISO 9001 internal auditor, use Minitab, 8D report, 7 QC Tools and SAP, strong in QA, Molding and Die Casting process.
  • Ability to perform under high pressure, result oriented and good trouble shooting capability. Fluent in English reading, speaking and written, solid skill for Microsoft office.
  • Good attitude, adaptability to company culture, teamwork spirit and influence skills, problem solving skills, able to handle multi-task and perform well under pressure and seek continuous improvement, active listening, presentation skills.
