Your Tasks
- Handle day-to-day indirect procurement activities for equipment, non-standard automation, and new project prototypes.
- Manage purchasing of consumables, jigs and fixtures, renovation works, tools, and non-standard spare parts.
- Process procurement of chemicals and various indirect services required by internal stakeholders.
- Provide functional governance for all indirect procurement activities and related processes globally for the assigned commodity.
- Drive supplier management activities for the supplier portfolio, focusing on Recommended Suppliers and Strategic Partners.
- Apply defined processes, methods, and tools to maintain an optimized supply chain and required quality standards.
- Coordinate with business users/internal stakeholders and vendors throughout the procurement process
- Analyze the procurement market and supplier landscape, including mid- and long-term trends for the commodity.
- Define the Commodity Business Strategy (CBS) reflecting WIK Group mid-term volume and requirements.
- Coordinate planning, optimization, and controlling of material contribution to EBIT in line with company guidelines.
Your Profile
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Supply Chain, Accounting, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years in Procurement, Purchasing, or Vendor Management
- Strong negotiation, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
- Able to manage the full procurement cycle
- Fluent in Indonesian, intermediate English (written & spoken)
- Experience with SAP system or similar, Mandarin preferred as a third language.
- Good planning and scheduling skills, Strong ability to work under pressure, Good communication and understanding skill and effective execution.
